How I download my files?
After the checkout a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address provide with the link for your download.
Where is my Svg file?
Your files, including your Svg file will come in a ZIP file, you need to unzip it.
Are the designs for Commercial Use?
Yes, for most of our designs you have options for Personal and Commercial Use, which allows you to make physical items for yourself or for selling them, you can find all the information in our Terms and Conditions.
Free Designs are for Personal Use Only.
Do you accept custom orders?
Currently we are not taking custom orders, but we are open to designs
suggestions.
Can I get a refund if I purchase the same design twice?
We don’t offer refunds, if you purchase the same design twice you can contact us and we’ll send you another design of the same price.
